Course Introduction

Illustration is a form of art that plays an important role in contemporary art education due to its important application function. The goal of the course is to familiarize students with the most basic artistic language and forms of illustration art, understand its creative expression rules, and master the most basic expression techniques. With reference to the basic teaching of world-class art colleges and universities, and taking the teaching practice of contemporary China Academy of Design Arts as the starting point, we designed a set of progressive, concise and effective basic introductory courses of illustration for students, supplemented by print, Paper Cuttings, sketch and other teaching contents, so as to improve students' artistic cultivation and enrich their creative experience.
