Course Introduction

"Intelligent Products and Equipment - Module Design Studio 1" is a professional core compulsory course offered in the "Other Practices" section in the first semester of the junior year of Industrial design major. The course mainly includes two parts: theory and method, design training, including: (1) Design process and method, (2) design creativity and configuration, (3) shape and form design, (4) intelligent human factors and interaction, (5) criticism and humanity of intelligent equipment, (6) product design communication and other theoretical knowledge, as well as (1) intelligent product innovation of future kitchen appliance scene and (2) innovation exploration of future conceptual equipment design and training topics. Through this course, the core target abilities cultivated include the ability of investigation thinking and problem insight, the ability of demand analysis and true cause screening, the ability of comprehensive design expression and program communication, the ability of basic human factor analysis and interaction design expression, and the ability of man-machine ethics and cost risk analysis. This course adopts the examination system.
